I created this card for my friend, Pat and also as a shoe box project for our stamp club.
The stamps are from Stamplistic. I embossed the squares with black embossing powder. Then the squares were outlined with a Quickie Glue Pen and sprinkled with glitter. Swarovski crystals were added to bring out more sparkles.
